• Contact and consultation data: the name, contact number and messages you voluntarily provide when contacting us via WhatsApp or phone, as well as the photos and health-related information you send for an online consultation.

• Cookies: files used for the operation of the site and for analytics/marketing (see section 5).

3. Purpose of processing

• To respond to your enquiries and plan consultation and treatment;
• To provide and improve the functionality of the site;
• Analytics and advertising based on your consent (Facebook Pixel).

4. Health data (special category)

The photos and health information you send as part of an online consultation are considered sensitive data. This data is processed confidentially, solely to assess your enquiry, and is not shared with third parties. By sending this data, you consent to its processing for this purpose.
